Description:
The title "UN/FAMILIAR" is inspired by a play of words for the familiar and unfamiliar.

Through this call, we are looking for artists who explore the concept of the Uncanny in art. The Uncanny may be described as an intense experience of strangeness and uncertainty, an unusual commingling of the familiar and unfamiliar. While the familiar can be intimate and cherished, the unfamiliar may shade into apparently opposite significations such as strange, concealed and secret.

• HEART CENTERED

You are invited to submit and show artworks with us relevant to the theme “HEART CENTERED” during the Valentine's Season 2024.

Through this call, we are looking for artists who create with a genuine passion for art. Artists who capture love from different angles. The love of life, of self, of nature, of places and people; among any other subjects that truly matter to them. Or those who simply create intuitively by drawing from a feeling, from their heart energy.

• NUDE: Small Works

Description:
An exhibit of sensual and figurative art

We are looking for artists who explore the subject of the 'Nude' from varying perspectives. We aim to display tasteful and sensual art through figurative, portrait, fashion and glamour, but not pornographic images.

Size: Works with a maximum of 40cm either way.

Mediums of original 2D and 3D artwork will be included, from paintings, drawings, sculptures, and photography, including digital and video.

Spring symbolises the resurgence of life. It is all about sudden emerging, transformation and new beginnings. We are looking for artists who would offer our viewers fresh insights into their works within the traditions of portraiture, landscape, still life or even abstraction. You are invited as a creator to submit works which infuse our viewers with a sense of discovery, like the very first day of Spring.
